Rishi Bhuchar MBE is Divisional President and CEO of CBRE UK & Ireland, bringing decades of investment banking experience to one of the world’s leading real estate advisory firms. Prior to joining CBRE, he built a distinguished career at Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and Jefferies, advising on some of Europe’s most significant property transactions.
His leadership credentials include overseeing major public-to-private deals such as the £489 million Warehouse REIT sale to Blackstone, as well as advising on landmark transactions including the Shaftesbury and Capital & Counties merger and the $25 billion Westfield acquisition. Recently awarded an MBE in the 2026 New Year Honours for services to philanthropy, he was also named among the Top 100 Influential People 2026.
At CBRE, Rishi leads a 3,500-strong team, repositioning the firm as a strategic partner through data-led insight, sector expertise and long-term client engagement, while supporting charitable initiatives focused on hunger and education.
